Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8th February 2026

Your privacy matters to us. We understand that mental health information is personal and sensitive, and we are committed to handling your information with care, respect, and clear boundaries.

WARM Health Collective collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information only where reasonably necessary, and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We may collect personal information such as contact details, referral information, health-related information you choose to share, and limited website usage data. This information is used to manage enquiries, referrals and waitlists, provide and coordinate care, communicate with you, and meet our legal and professional obligations. Sensitive information, including health information, is given a higher level of protection under Australian law.

Information is collected directly from you, from authorised referrers, through our website or communications with us, and via standard website technologies such as cookies and analytics. We use secure electronic systems and share information only where appropriate—for example, with clinicians involved in your care, your referrer, or where required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Providing personal information is voluntary, though choosing not to do so may affect our ability to respond to enquiries or progress referrals.

WARM Health Collective is an Australian-based women’s and reproductive mental health service providing psychiatry-led, integrated outpatient care.
