Amy is an endorsed midwife, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and Maternal and Child Health Nurse with a longstanding commitment to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, feeding, and early parenthood. Her work is grounded in the belief that thoughtful preparation, informed choice, and consistent support can make a meaningful difference to how families experience this time.
She has particular expertise in lactation and infant feeding, and offers care that is thoughtful, non-judgemental, and tailored to each family’s needs and goals. Amy values supporting not only how a baby is fed, but the wellbeing of the parent and the relationship around feeding too. She brings this steady, compassionate presence to her work with families.
Alongside her lactation work, Amy is also a Calmbirth® Educator and has extensive experience across midwifery, maternal and child health, and women’s health services. Her practice is shaped by a deep respect for the complexity of the perinatal period and a commitment to supporting parents in ways that strengthen both confidence and connection.
