Currently in her final year of a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resource Management, Scarlett has developed a strong interest in workplace dynamics, communication, and fostering positive team environments. With experience in fast-paced retail and customer service, Scarlett remains composed under pressure and is confident managing competing priorities while building meaningful connections with a diverse range of people. She is passionate about developing a career centred on supporting others and creating positive workplace experiences.
