Sam is our Practice Manager and a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience across women’s health, specialist services, and general practice.
At WARM Health Collective, Sam plays a vital role in supporting our psychiatrist-led, multidisciplinary team — helping shape a practice that feels calm, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive for both clinicians and patients. Her approach is steady and compassionate, with a strong focus on collaboration, care quality, and the overall patient experience.
Sam’s extensive clinical background includes work as a Sleep Nurse Consultant at Mitcham Private Hospital, and earlier roles at the Royal Women’s Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Mercy Hospital for Women Special Care Nursery.
Alongside her clinical expertise, Sam has held senior practice management roles, guiding teams through periods of growth and change with a balance of structure, empathy, and care.
As a mum of two children currently completing VCE, Sam brings a lived understanding of mental load, life transitions, and the realities of care beyond the clinic — qualities that shape the grounded, human energy she brings to WARM every day.
